Orbit Impact Adjustable Zinc Tripod Sprinkler, New

The package looked like it had already been opened. it was crushed and taped all up. when I opened the mangled box the complete sprinkler head was missing. i did a return and it said to take to nearest walmart. when I took it back to walmart with instructions I was given a very gard time. i told the clerk she needed to just follow the instructions and if she couldn't call someone who could. horrible experience all the way around. should not sell used items

Arrived without packaging and didn't work. Clearly someone else returned the defective item and it was reshipped out as new. Got a refund.

The sprinkler works well. It waters a large area and wets the grass completely, not just the perimeter. However, after the first use, one of the screws holding the tripod leg to the base of the sprinkler head had fallen out. I contacted the warranty department at Orbit to request a replacement part. They told me to return the sprinkler to Walmart. I ended up finding a screw in my miscellaneous hardware drawer and fixed it myself. Took one star for the missing part, one star for customer service passing the buck.

This thing is amazing! Sturdy, wide range, easy to figure out - I'll be getting another one next season. I also feel like this would handle some vinegar to get out the heavy mineral deposits we get around here where other sprinklers 'die' and early death.

Works great Good delivery time

The hole experience was easy and delivery was fast. Got notified when it was out for delivery and when it arrived

I Purchased this product twice online. Bot times it arrived with a damaged box and no sprinkler head. The seller has not been responding.

LOVE THIS!! Solves ALL my watering problems because of the adjustable height! I am now able to water large areas even with shrubs that are 3 or four feet tall. This product is well-constructed with sturdy metal so it does not tip over. Excellent purchase for the price!

the sprinkler head would not rotate from left to right when put in semi circle mode. I tried and tried for over an hour. It would go one way and then get stuck and stop moving. I have to put it on 360 mode to be able to use it but its too large of a coverage. it its my front door, driveway, and the neighbors yard in one pass.

We bought this sprinkler after our old one broke one of the leg braces, this Orbit Impact Adjustable Zinc Tripod Sprinkler is perfect for us. It is very sturdy and I doubt we will have any issues with it breaking parts just because you move it. It has much better coverage than any Impact sprinkler I have ever purchased. The pattern is easy to adjust, and it makes watering the entire yard possible with just a few moves. The fittings don't leak and are easy to tighten by hand. I highly recommend this sprinkler to anyone wanting a sturdy, painless watering experience for a great price.
