I am very pleased with its performance and am very careful when operating it due to its low cost. I really believe if operated in accordance with the instructions provided, it will perform and last for a long time. I bought two, and reordered two more which were a slightly different model and at a sale price. Highly recommend .

The hose storage boxes that we had were over 25 years old and made by Suncast so it made good sense to stay with that brand.

I bought this Sunday wicket team hose reel two weeks ago. It is very convenient and it does feel the garden hose very evenly across. It is light but strong.

Taking too long to replace a warranty item

Miserable device to work with. Almost identical unit I was replacing had brass hose connections, and I expected this one would too. Sorry - they are plastic on input and output. The output hose connection is very difficult to see when you are trying to make the connection, but very easy to "cross thread" and ruin the threads if you don't get it on correctly. I junked it and bought a metal unit. Delivery was made when we were out. Delivery person did the right thing and put it on the porch in a spot difficult to see from the street or sidewalk. Good job on that part of the purchase.
