This yoga mat is perfect. It is the right thickness and you do not slide around on it. Also the edges lay flat so you won't trip over it.
This mat is the best one I have ever practiced yoga with. It does not slip, stays in place. and is comfortable on the body and I feel very sure footed when doing my balance part of my yoga. I love the fact it is longer a bit wider then most mats I have seen on line. It has no latex which I like and no smell like other mats get after constant use. I highly recommend for the beginner and the advanced yoga. I know where I am going to get my yoga mats from now on! Walmart spot on!
I bought this for my simply fit but not to good with it. However I must say it is comfy and padded.
the mat was just what my grandson always wished for-he always watched his mom now he can join in the fun.....................
I bought this mat and also the Stott mat. They are only a few dollars different! This mat is ok, but i would suggest to spend the little bit extra and go with the Stott! It is longer and thicker! Just over all the better mat out of the 2. This mat is ok and does what it needs, so if you just want cheap, this one is fine!

This mat is good for a beginner such as myself.
I got two for my 9 yo girls to workout with me. They tend to slip quit a bit while in certain positions. Also if they are not rolled up well they crease and bend until the material relaxes. They are ok for what I paid for them.
This yoga mat is very slippery. I have to put a towel on it to do downward facing dog without sliding. I just ordered a different brand.
I bough this mat because I was looking to find one that DID NOT fall apart when being used. Was hoping for something better. I once owned a Bally Total Fitness mat that was purchased at a walmart... SO great. Had it for years and it never once shed material. Hoped this experience would be similar HOWEVER.. This mat is terrible! I received it today in the mail and was excited to roll it out and spend some time on it but alas... It is terrible. Many shreds came off before I was done. It will not be used again.
