It took two to put the bike together but we made sense of it all. The last challenge was the very minimal printed box and YouTube instructions which don't show the place to plug into the bike That was my contribution. It is in front very low. I was instantly riding and enjoying the quiet. I haven't found if the bike accumulates miles or time or calories but perhaps when I start to using the app. The bike is intuitive. I love the silent bump less ride. My 2x replaced knee bend and flex are coming back and my distance and workout are building in just a few days . Breaking into a healthy sweat feels good. I'll be on my e bike in no time and this complementing exercise routine will be solidly established . As a family caregiver I can still take care of me at home, in home, even when the day is focusing my heart, energy and time elsewhere

We purchased this recumbent bike to help with my recovery. We followed the easy assembly video instructions and were up and riding in no time. The excellent Sunny Fit app worked seamlessly, and with the addition of the cadence/RPM bluetooth sensor we were able to use Apple Watch, Apple Fitness, and Zwift making this the ideal bike for our active family needs this Winter!

The instructions were poor, but I finally got it together (I'm 80). The pictures are way too small, and the written part has way too much detail. Other than that, I put it together in about 4 hours by myself. My wife has been using it for a week now and she loves it (but she is having problems with the __quote__computer__quote__ but now I've assembled my row-n-ride machine, I'll read the instructions on the __quote__puter__quote__. As I was assembling this, I felt everything was quality. It's a solid machine and it is easy to move. My wife is happy with the machine (she's had 2 hip replacements and she has congenital heart failure (has a pacemaker with a defib unit). She has been using it every day since I assembled it. Very quiet, but seems to be effective for what she needs.

Well made and not difficult to put together. Bought this bike for my wife to rehab a pretty bad fractured tibia. This bike kept the weight off her leg allowing her to build up strength and achieve full extension. We both use this to workout and fight off Father Time. We are both in our 60's and recommend not only this model but the people who have helped us at Sunny Support are super professional and nice to work with.

Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! The electronics are easy to use and find a program that suits my fitness levels.

Love the machine. Love the app and tours! Hate the seat. Hate the heart rate sensors! The sensors are significantly below what my smart watch tracks and takes forever to get a reading. Too slow and accuracy issues on such a nice machine is disappointing to say the least! The seat is hard and uncomfortable. I'm searching for a cushion of some sort. . .

Well-built and easy to use.

Exercise programs have failed to stay on less than a year since purchase. Screen freezes and/or goes blank. Bike is very comfortable, and I'm still trying to use it for an hour, but it freezes way too often.

Difficult, terrible directions, pictures/diagrams are basically illegible. One piece does NOT fit correctly, the alignment is off by several degrees, not happy with the product as I paid good money and it should all be in alignment. I cannot see any remedy to fix this.

This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with ordering something online. First Walmart said it was delivered but it wasn't. I had to call 4 different places to find out where my order was. It made it to the delivery service but not delivered. Then it took the delivery service 3 days to deliver it and they delivered it to the wrong house. Now I told them three times how to get to my house and they still delivered it to the wrong house. Then I had to find someone to help me get it to my house, it weighed over 100 lbs. I paid ahead of time to have Angi assembly it. They cancelled on me three different times and were very unprofessional about it all. So as of right now the bike is sitting in my sunroom in the box with no one to help me assemble it. I will never again order a large item from Walmart and I will never use Angi service again. Very disappointed!
