Best bang for your buck
I had one when I was young about 50 years ago and I thought it was great and now I have one for my daughter and she thinks it's even better than I did.

Comes with mountable metal end-caps for secure positioning, no more slipped-out bars! GREAT for hanging-positional stretches (lumbar relaxation, sciatic, etc.)

Just what I wanted
I have always wanted a doorway chin up bar for keeping my arms in shape. Since I have always hated pushups and chin ups I have placed this bar 2 feet above the bottom of the door and I do pull ups. Works great and was simple to install. I can remove the bar easily by twisting when I need to get something out of this room.

buy if you weigh 140 or under great
This is great for people who are under the weight of 140lbs yelp under 140. because it bends some if you weigh more .. but other than that . kool product maybe really good for teenagers trying to strengthen their biceps 💪.

Pull-up bar
We wanted an inexpensive chin-up bar and this one is working perfectly. The folks using it range from 100 lbs. to 160 lbs. I don't know how much more it would hold, but so far, so good. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the screws provided are cheap and a bit soft. Better to use your own screws, I think. Other than that, we're super happy with it.

Sunny Health and Fitness Door Way Chin Up Bar
Rod is sturdy but they are loose (cheap plastic) due to which it always come out of the door. So you have to tape it arround in order to prevent unscrewing. If the designer put another screw to make it tight it will be good.
