Working well

Not as stable as a roman chair but easier on the shoulders than hanging from a pull up bar. My shoulders would hurt/fatigue from hanging, which prevented me from engaging my core as much as I wanted. These do the trick to allow me to engage my core. I like that you can clip them to anything that can support the weight, you can wrap around and gives you the clearance needed.

The product is well made and has extra large openings for your arms.This is a great feature many similar products have much narrower areas to support your arms.The clips that connect the device to the bar are small. The product would be improved with larger clips.Over all a great item.

You can't beat what you get for $14. They're comfortable and they hold me up. What else could I ask for? Considering the price, nothing. But if I could offer an improvement tip, the clips are too small. You have to undo each clip and pull the strap around a pullup bar, then clip the straps to themselves. I've seen better quality straps that have clips big enough to clip directly onto a pullup bar... but those are more expensive.

My arms and hands are not strong enough to hang from the bar while I work my abs. This solved my problem. They are well made and sturdy.
