I just received my product it heats up nicely it feels fantastic I love the weight and the softness and smell it's so soothing I cannot say enough good things.

You can easily see form this to the area of your pain. works well hot or cold from freezer.Weve had one for about a year that still works well and just ordered another. does catch lint and pet hair but wipes clean with a damp cloth or scraper.

Would have been a great product except for the smell. I ended up having to hang it for a week after spraying it with fabric refresher to try to get rid of the funky smell. It is better than it was, but still not great. Must be from whatever it is filled with. I purposely ordered the one without the lavender scent because I wanted an "unscented" version but lavender would have been better than whatever the funk smell is with the one I got.

It is pretty rare for me to write a more negative review, but in this case, here we go. When I first bought this and received it, I thought it was great initially. It was nice, soft and smelled great. I was very careful to heat it according to directions and it got burnt. I am open to that being me and user error, except for the fact that I've owned quite a few of these types of products and my neck warmers usually never get burned to where it smokes out of the microwave. So, NO, I don't recommend this. It was a waste of money.

Doesnt retain heat long at all, doesnt provide moist heat, not very flexible or versatile like Bed Buddy: def a waste of money and trouble
