I've only been using this supplement for a few weeks. Overall I feel like it is good quality. There is no smell or taste. On the plus side, I've been sleeping better since I started this.

So much easier on my digestive system than the other kind I was taking. They are easy to swallow capsules. My other ones were huge and powdery. I often choked on my others. Now I don't mind taking these since they are in capsule form.

Not Impressed by this product. I bought it, waited two days for it to be delivered and I took it for several weeks. I take magnesium daily to alleviate muscle n bone aches and help me sleep. This product didn't do anything that I'm accustomed to magnesium doing for me. I tolerated it well but I won't be buying this again.

look at what i was overcharged by over s20.00 dollars . i onlybordered one bottle bout 11 dollars this is wrong
