I love this crokpot!! It is large and the functions are everything I was hoping for! The seller and their staff were great to work with and help me with every question I had. I would definitely order from the seller again. I received my item on time and I am super happy with my purchase.

Again, it's a beautiful crockpot. I love the color. However, the top is a little bit difficult to place on top of the crockpot and there's a bit of a jar at the edge of the crockpot on the right side on the left side. It is sealed completely, so I'm not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be and if so, that's probably why the lid has trouble being placed on. I do like that. It has a little Bing one ready and it automatically switches to warm, which is a nice feature other than this I have no complaints of course if the lid continues to be difficult, I may have to return it but as we speak now, it's not my choice to do yet. I think it's a nice little crockpot.

it's seem to work as it should

the little rubber and plastic screws on the inside the lid melted off and fell in my food while it was cooking and had the whole pot smelling like burnt rubber

The top had trouble closing and locking. I returned. Loved the color
