I find that having this green drink available makes it a lot easier to nourish my body and when I use it regularly, I find myself feeling more nourished and satisfied. When I don't consume the greens, I feel constantly hungry no matter how much I eat. This is because I am simply not getting enough nutrients in my imbalanced diet. When I have a serving of greens each day, I feel so much better and I find that I am not feeling constantly hungry. Definitely recommend this product!
