Excellent toaster. Works perfectly. The cord is attached near the front of the toaster instead of the back, which does not make sense and one cannot hide the cord.

Seemed a little”light weight” upon inspection. My previous toaster was heavy and just worn out. So far(about a month in), it has been excellent. Many different settings. Very easy to use. Would buy again.

I guess no toaster will ever be perfect. This one is pretty good, though. Openings are sufficient, ease in use is good, and size is good for ac4-slice toaster. My only issue is it seems to take a long time to toast. Small issue considering the overall operation.

So far the toaster is working fine. Only used it a few times. One thing I dislike about the toaster is the cord. It is on the front corner instead of the back. So it has to be out in plain view running on the side of the toaster. Running under the toaster would seem to be a fire hazard. Thinking about returning it because of this.

The over quality is lacking. It has poor quality materials and not a heavy duty cord. The darkness level must be reset every time you use it. It reverts to %233 every time. If I want 2, I must turn it on then go from 3 thru 6, back to 1, then 2. Very annoying!

Doesn't toast evenly %26 is slow. Didn't come in a original box either

The right side lever broke after only a couple uses.

Right handle on the toaster was defective and did not work, only left side of toaster functions.

This toaster takes way too long to toast bread or a bagel, even on a higher heat setting. It also only toasted one side of my bagel and I had to wait forever for it to finish and then flip it over and toast the other side I'm all set with that. I did like the buttons to press to set the heat but that's about it. The toaster is so big and bulky so it takes up a lot of room on the counter. Also one of the handles you push down is crooked and I've read that they are cheap and weak and break easy Not worth the money, even on clearance

After just two months of use, one side of the dual toaster has stopped working. Not happy at all. Poor quality. It does make good toast on the other side. Wish both sides were working
