You can brew single cup with the cake up or the insert that include that you can fill with ground coffee, or you can brew full pot. It gets the water really nice and hot which makes for better coffee so I like that. Very easy to use. It doesn't have a big reservoir so you have to fill the cake up side with water each time you use it though that's kind of a minus.

this is what my family needed a pot of coffee for morning where we all grab a cup then can do single cups throughtout the day I got it for my Mom....but we all love it and Mom is super happy!!

my husband uses the one serve side before I get up. then the auto brew I set the night before doesn't work. still have to srart it manually after I get up. I bought it because I thought it would do both. it doesn't. talked to a computer who told me, after it was used for the single cup, the brewer had to be reset to auto each time. It makes good coffee, but that's not why I got it.

I love the coffee maker, but the first little problem I had and tried to get a hold of customer support. It is impossible to get a hold of them either by phone or email for that reason I recommend not buying this product. I bought the warranty and that has not even been registered yet with Allstate poor customer support.

My fault for not looking more closely to the specs. There is no reservoir for water. You have to pour it in each time you use it. It's a pain if you have low cabinets and need to slide your coffee maker out each time you use it.

This coffee pot has been a disappointment. The side which brews a pot of coffee quit working after brewing about 8 pots. The pod side continues to work so far. I emailed the company ,Savour, and received a response with a ticket number. So far I have heard nothing.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. I cannot close the top up for the K cups. I have to press extremely hard and it's very frustrating and I did purchase this item because I wanted to have the ability to do either K cups or brew for more than five people. I also feel that it's very cheaply made. The plastic seems very pliable

Paid $100 on October 31, 2025. Already died on March 20th. Not even 5 months. Paid the extra $12 for the Two year Protection Plan when I bought it. They denied the claim because it was less than a year old and still covered under manufacturer warranty. This 'Pro-Seller' is anything but as well. Save your money. This was an expensive coffee maker to go bad so shortly. Go with a reputable brand.

this is the most complicated coffee maker i have ever seen ,the instructions are confusing and its cheaply made,i was removing one of the strips of tape off the drip tray and one of the silver strips almost came off.i had to hold it on. what i thought was stainless steal on this coffee maker bevause thats how it appears in photos are in fact just cheap flemsy plastic strips silver in color. i dont drive i dont have acess to a car,this was supposed to be a birthday present to me from my son,we live on fixed income and now were out 90 dollar's, i should have known it was cheap from the price, my recommendation dont buy this . i want to get my money back!

I was able to make around 10 pots of coffee. It no longer brews! It is supposed to brew coffee, but it doesn't. It no longer brews coffee. I did some troubleshooting, but nothing works. Now, it's just a big fat fixture on the counter.
