Great gift for Christmas
I bought this as a gift for my grandson because my son said this was what he wanted. I'm sure it will be great. The delivery time was exception, the next day! Very satisfied with your service. My son also indicated that you can also play checkers with this game.

Great for any child that loves Mario Brothers!
My 8 year old loves Mario Bros. and has many figures and stuffed animals. So when he saw this chess game at Barnes and Noble he wanted to buy it with his birthday money. They wanted $50!!! I convinced him to wait and let me check on line and boy was he glad because Walmart had it for only $30 and I picked it up at the store for free! This game is very sturdy, has great game pieces, and is a great way to introduce a child to chess. It is great to see him using his brain and not just his fingers, as he does on the video games!

Great chess game!!!
I bought it for my son about a month ago and he was so happy when he got them! Great gift for someone who loves chess and Mario! Very good quality. The figurines are very well made and have all the details. They can be even used as toys to play with! Veru happy with this purchase.

the pieces are to big for the board pieces almost fall over on there ow it is not a great design to play with it but its more like a decorative piece and that isn't what I expected so it is something to look at but not to play on im truly disappointed and i am discouraged to buy another Chess board
