last night I went to rent a shampoo rug cleaner and ask couple young employees . one said very rude I don't anything about that. I said okay thank you. I walked towards where the kiosk is and in my way there I ask another employee and she didn't have the courtesy to answer my... she totally ignore me. so, I went to see a manager and ask if your employees did get training and she ask me why ? I explained situation and her answer was that that was a different company and you ( Walmart) have nothing to do with it... finally a Young girl at customer service so me having trouble with the machine and she came to assist me. my comments is very important to not only me but your CUSTOMERS. By the way PEOPLE on customer line WHERE VERY DISAPPOINT AT THE WAY I WAS TREATED. HECTOR F TOSTA
