We purchased this oil because we have to change oil in my Equinox every 2000 miles. The design of the engine doesn't burn the gas from the oil like it should. My husband checked the oil in the car the other day, and it looked great!! It is usually black as coal and nasty. So far, so good!
I am buying this engine oil for quite a while because I change my car oil by myself. Although it states that it can protect engine till 20,000 miles but it's my habit to change oil around 6000 miles. The oil is cheap compared to other brands and gives me opportunity to change oil frequently while remaining in my budget. For my SUV, I need 6 quarts and each oil change cost me under $25. Oil filter I change after every 2 oil changes. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks
I prefer to change all the oil in my vehicles every 5k miles. Per 3rd party reviews this is a top quality full synthetic oil at a fair price. No messing about with rebates, just walk in and grab a jug or have the fine delivery people drop a jug off on my front porch. Highly recommended!
I've been using Super Tech Advanced Full Synthetic Motor Oil for 20 years in all my vehicles, lawn mowers, and motorcycles and have never had an issue. I have never blown an engine, had an engine lose compression, or have any blow-by. Car engines don't don't car about brand, they just want clean, unpolluted oil. The quality of this oil meets and often exceeds the standards of name brand motor oils at a 30 to 40% less cost. In testing, SuperTech oil has even more additives and stabilizers than name brand oils contain. Granted, it is not as good as motor oils manufactured from natural gas, but it's 1/2 the cost, and seeing as I change motor oil every 3000/4000 miles it's not an issue.
Highline Warren is the manufacturer, and they are one of the largest blenders in North America. I've been using this brand oil for over a decade with zero issue. This oil is the best if you ask me, given the price. It meets or exceeds all certifications. My car takes 6 qt. to fill, so I need to add this product with its 1 qt. counterpart. My car is also tuned so I avoid high miles between oil changes, but the advanced formula still helps by keeping the oil's quality high. I do trust fully the 12-month oil change intervals.
I've switched nearly all (4) vehicles over to supertech Advanced Full Synthetic Oils exclusively. My engines run well, the oil never comes out dirty at proper change intervals, and I've experienced no detractors from using this brand. For many years I had used Mobile-1 as my go to engine oil, but I see no good reason to spend the extra money on a product that provides no perceived benefit. My vehicles have each been given Supertech for tens of thousands of miles each at this point. Nothing short of positive results to report. Excellent value for the minimal investmet!
I have been using this Super Tech Advanced Full Synthetic Motor Oil for six months in my 2005 Toyota Camry, and I am very satisfied with the quality and the price. It has been a reliable choice for my engine, and I highly recommend it to others looking for a great value.
We use this oil in both our Jeep Wrangler and Cadillac SRX. No flat tires yet... Yea its motor oil. It's a good value, and the engines run great with it. But I'm not planning any rebuilds to inspect just how good it is. Meets all the specs from both manufacturers, both cars are well beyond warranty
This tests almost identically to oils that cost twice as much when people have really looked into them running an engine on a dyno and sending it off for analysis.
I have used SuperTech 5W30 oil exclusively in my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze. I change my oil and filter every 5,000 miles (no exceptions). My engine still runs like new, and I have not experienced any oil-related issues.
