Item was suggested for foot pain relief by my podiatrist. The product did as recommended. It relieved pain as prescribed and was well worth the time and money spent!

My right foot has a plate and 14 screws in it. So, it is hard to find comfortable shoes, unless they're special made. I can't afford special made, so I thought I would try these inserts. My shoes are a lot more comfortable now, but they do take up some toe room. I would suggest you take them with you and try them in shoes you're going to buy. I debated paying so much for a pair of inserts, but I do feel they were worth the price!
