They are very tiny tablets and they melt so quickly under the tongue so it is very easy to take without water. It works very fast like about 30mins after taking them. There is no side effect so far but still I am trying not to take them too much or too often. THis works for me on the occasions when I can't fall asleep...very good microlingual tiny tablet that dissolves pretty instantly under the tongue. works better than the ones you have to swallow orally.

ive only used this for a couple days but i thought it would of worked by now so only 3 stars bc although it wasnt expensive for the quantity it also hasnt done what its said to buy im goin to research n talk to my doc n see maybe we need a higher dose
