Supernatural: The Complete Series (DVD)

A difficult box set to find at a decent price. It was on sale at Walmart. With purchase, tax, delivery fee and tip for deliverer the price from Walmart was less than and other's starting price.

Autumn arrived with shrink wrapping shreds, lots of scratches and dents in outer case, cds have Fingerprints and smudges on them.

Some of the disks came with scratches or markings on them. I bought this set for my wife for Christmas and of course the scratched disks weren't until season 4 so it took some time to notice and no longer within the 90 day return window.

I never received my order. Delivery person posted a picture taken from inside their car from the street to show it was delivered, but the image is of a house and not to the Post Office street address where it was supposed to be delivered. No house in the area looked like the one in the photo.

My review is not directed towards the supernatural series. My 1 star rating is twords Walmart and the seller for cancelling my order for no reason just so they could raise the price. Supernatural is a great series that i enjoyed watching with my mom before Netflix removed it. After its removal on Netflix i decided ill just buy the whole series. I found this set on Walmart it had a discount of $150 off and since i work for Walmart it offered me a $13 associate discount making it a total cost of $116.96 for the set. I was happy to order the supernatural set at that price. A few days go by then i get a notification that my order was cancelled without a specific reason. I figured oh their out of stock so i checked Walmart online again. I found that they still have 5 in stock but now the price went up to $165-$180 total price with only $115 discount and now it wont take my associate discount. Realizing that i would have to reorder the same set but now at a much higher price is disheartening, disappointing, discouraging, and unfavorable.

This item was cancelled right after I paid for it!

ive been working through the seasons starting at season 10...and so far 2 dvds havent played, and one of the dvds in season 15 was cracked all the way through. this is a big bummer for me because the set was expensive.

I ordered the complete Supernatural series for a friend of mine, and saw that it would ship in just a few days which was AWESOME. The package did arrive super quickly........ but when I opened the package I discovered that I had literally been sent a box of Kleenex tissues. I'm not joking. I thought maybe it was a prank at first, but no. It was an official shipment FROM WALMART and they had sent me a five dollar package of tissues instead of a ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR set of DVDs. Wow. I went in person to speak with an associate and they said there was nothing they could do. I tried to order a replacement and it was never sent. I canceled the replacement and tried to get my money refunded to me instead -- they reviewed my request for a refund and DENIED IT. Just insane and deeply embarrassing work and customer service in every way. I'm disappointed and annoyed. Bought the series for my friend off eBay instead and it actually arrived and was actually the product I ordered!!! But I am just out of luck for that $125 I guess. Still not even sure what to do from here or what recourse I have, really. That said, I absolutely don't recommend getting stuff shipped from Walmart! They clearly don't pay enough attention to detail to get the order right in the first place and then don't care enough to correct the mistake afterwards either. At this point, I think I'll just take my business elsewhere and avoid Walmart in general. I hate shopping off Amazon but I'd thought maybe Walmart could be an alternative... apparently not!

I have no received the product that I paid for.
