I was glad that Walmart offered the Turmeric Tea. Very reasonable price and so much easier to use instead of having to measure the powder or root to make this healthy drink. Just add a bit of honey and lemon and you are good to do.

I heard about a calming tea with turmeric, milk and honey. I tried it but the turmeric always settled at the bottom of the cup and it tasted gritty. So I bought these turmeric tea bags and it solved the problem. The turmeric stays in the tea bag and no more gritty taste. Just the flavor comes through.

So I've heard about all the anecdotal health benefits from drinking or eating turmeric and thought I'd try it in a tea form. Being that it's such a strong flavor, I wasn't sure whether I'd like it or not, but the flavor has grown on me, and I really enjoy it! It's got a rich, bold flavor of, well, turmeric! Personally, it seems to help relax me, and I often enjoy a cup in the evening. If you're on the fence about drinking turmeric, live dangerously and go for it!
