I used to think that all I needed to keep my prostate healthy was a zinc supplement and perhaps some saw palmetto. But I've come to believe that I also need selenium and beta sitosterol. This is a good way to get the latter. It's also supposed to be good for the cardiovascular system.

These are pretty fast acting for me and they do increase my flow in the restroom. I will probably use along with the flomax script I have from now on instead of upping the dosage of flomax.

not sure it is as effective as Super Beta Prostate, but it is worth a try at 1/3 the cost.

Men have been taking Saw Palmetto for years as a prostate health herb. But the active ingredient in that herb is Beta Sitosterol, so if you do the research you will find that this is a much more effective herb to keep your prostate healthy, and everyone should know what that means when you are over the age of 50 yrs! It definitely works for me.

Thought l needed some help with my problem. It was a recommended non pharmaceutical solution to go long with Saw Palmetto. When l ran out of the product, l noticed a huge difference in my flatulence overnight.
