These work great for getting things moving. I don't take them too often, because some of the herbs in the formula are not supposed to be taken long-term. But I am happy to have found something that works well and is all natural.

It works fairly well to help you move waste in the morning but have found that some of the new Swanson brand at times, doesn't work as well as old HBCL brand. It still works but sometimes have to take an extra capsule. I still recommend as this is about the safest, as well as all natural relief I've found.

Looked numerous times and it is always out. Filled out the out of stock notification a long time ago, and nothing. Staff was not helpful. They should take the order at the price listed and fill it if they ever get it in again. I give up.
