Do your research on Fucoidan Extract...it is an excellent supplement for the immune system. I try not to run out. Swanson has a very good price when it's on sale but even its regular price is lower than most others. I usually take one a day but have taken two a day for a while when I feel I need it. I feel Swanson has good quality products. I do recommend this one.

This helps to boost my immune system...extremely important right now or for anyone who is fighting off anything in which boosting the immune system would help. I wait & buy it on sale. Even at full price still less expensive than most other brands. Do some research on this product, it is a good one to keep on hand. I do recommend it!!!

I have been taking this product for several years and would not be without it. We don't get the amount of iodine that we need in our daily lives anymore and this brown seaweed helps.

Ordered 1 set of 4 bottles of 60 capsules that the label states to take one a day of (listed and sold as a set of 4 bottles). Swanson sent 4 bottles that all expire in 5 months, meaning 40% of what they sold me a one item would expire before the 8 month quantity would be used.

we liked this product, but what happened with the price? Just a quick look on the internet, there are other brands now just a couple of dollars difference. We liked Swanson because it was a good product for a good price, but now... I will be looking for another brand.
