i watched a show on dr oz. i knew this was something i needed but i didn't know how badly. i feel so much better and take this 2 to three times a day. try it, you will feel better too. calmer, more energy, better thinking, improved moos. love and won't be without. also has the added benefit of regularity .. yippeee

Best magnesium supplement I have ever used. I have tried Magnesium Oxide in stores but it never seemed to help. I also tried Swanson brand Magnesium Citrate Powder and it worked really well but I did not want to taste it. This was the best solution.I actually feel relaxed after I take these in the evening.

Magnesium really helps me to sleep. I take this formula along with the Swanson orotate formula for almost 200 mg of easy to digest elemental magnesium.

I thought I was ordering 685mg of magnesium, turns out there are only 133mg of magnesium. So I reordered another kind, I thought, thinking this one for sure was at least 600 mg of magnesium. But apparently I didn't read it carefully when I was ordering, and ended up with the same thing again! Well, I do have to say it defintely works if I take 4 a day, for bowel hydration, but next time, unless I get more information, I will order another product, because 90 caps won't last me a month taking them 4 a day. By the way, you didn't have a category that really fit me for how I am motivated...I am motivated to shop Swanson's because the quality is high for the price which is usually excellent compared to other online suppliers.

I REALLY CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE WHEN I USE this product....it is such a good value.I like the caps in case you need to Put them into a smoothie or yogurt..just so easy to open the capsule!..Excellent value and I Think it absorbs well.

The product seems to work okay, but I don't like having to take three pills to meet the RDA. The price is very reasonable, however.I found that the Magnesium Glycinate has about the same bioavailability, and seems to bother my stomach less. I will switch back the Kal Brand Magnesium Glycinate (two pills to meet the RDA). It is a bit more expensive though.
