Eliminates jaw clenching from some antidepressants
So I take Welbutrin and it makes me grind my teeth because it pulls magnesium. I have tried every type of magnesium. Glycinate works decently but I have to take a lot and it is brand specific. But this is the first type that I can literally just take two in the morning and two before bed and the jaw clenching it totally gone.
