like this magnesium better than the rest
I like this better than the rest of the magnesiums. I use for sleep and inflammation. It is a big size pill, but i haven't had any trouble taking it.

Great for Preventing Cramps
I take this to prevent muscle cramps. IT WORKS. It takes a while to build up in your body but I seldom have problems with cramps.
