Swanson Premium- Turmeric & Black Pepper - Antioxidant, Digestion & Joint Support - 90 Veg Caps (2 Pack)

I can definitely smell the turmeric and black pepper. No doubt about what's inside these capsules. I haven't noticed any differences physically, but it's still early in taking them. I'm sure it will take a long time to realize any effects, whether positive or ngative.

I've never had a lingering inflammation issue while taking this supplement (thank the Lord!) nor have I experienced any unusual or adverse effects from this supplement. The packaging is always good with no broken capsules. Good price as well. Would recommend this supplement!

I've tried a couple tumeric pills now and this brand is the best. I believe they got the black pepper to tumeric ratio perfect. I was taking this to help with memory support. My beautiful skin was an added bonus.

I have been using this product on and off for years now. Recently, I realized that I should never have stopped taking it and started back up. The price is right and the fact that I don't have to remember to add the pepper to products I cook using turmeric, makes getting both in one form awesome. Because the product is shelf stable, I can toss my daily vitamins into my purse and take them when it works for me. Good stuff, here!

After having both knees replaced one thing, the ortho doctor did tell me was that turmeric did work. But then again, some people believe in the Easter bunny. I guess I've been taking it so long I'm gonna say it works.

All my favorite supplements are from Swanson's from my home town in Fargo. Turmeric has been a dietary supplement for me for many years now. One easy capsule makes it ever so easy.

This has been a repeat buy for years. I like the extra assurance. I'm a high stress person and quite physically active as well.

As another customer stated... I've been taking Tumeric so long that it's hard to rate it. I've been taking Swanson 's brand for about a year and seems to be working as expected. The added pepper is a plus. I do eat a lot of pepper daily but this is a good back up.

I hope this is being reformulated because Consumer Labs tested this product twice and found it contained an unacceptable amount of Lead! I will have to throw out the bottles I have and start a detox because of all the bottles I have taken!

These give me terrible heart burn! ( I do not have a sensitive stomach). I have bought MANY different brands of Turmeric & Black Pepper & have never had problems with heart burn before. These were not the usual bright golden color that Turmeric usually is either. The Swanson Turmeric & Black Pepper are a greenish tan color that makes me wonder what is truly in these? I would not recommend or buy Swanson brand of Turmeric again.
