I like the fact that the Swanson Vitamin C are capsules and or easy to swallow and digest. I've taken other brands of vitamin C that were so hard to swallow. And these also does a good job.
I am pleased with my purchase of Vitamin C. My doctor recommened it for me becasue I always had sore throats. It has really helped to keep me mostly free from all the sore throats that I would get at the changing of the seasons.
I have been taking this product for about six months now. They seem to work great. I like having the c and b vitamins in one pill.
