Great with the sweat cream by same brand perfect duo I'll say measure yourself first I thought I needed 2x but had to exchange for xl even stull slightly big but it works great

I purchased sweet sweat roll on before the waist trainer. It was still effective but worked better for me when used together. I use the waist trainer for an hour of cardio. It provides very comfortable support. It also traps sweat. Be careful when you take it off. You will be soaked!

I really am enjoying using this waist trimmer! It's comfortable and doesn't move around or slide while I'm exercising. The velcro is strong and easy for me to adjust so I'm able to focus on my workout instead of worrying that it will loosen or impede any of my movements. I've noticed that I sweat a lot while wearing this, a surprising amount. I've used it for walks around the neighborhood and cardio workouts and it give good results each time! Would definitely recommend.

I really think this works. I have been using it everytime I go for a run. Along with proper diet and exercise I have been able to lose 10lbs. It helps tarrget your waist which can be some of the hardest weight to lose. After a good work out you can see the sweat drip from the sides of the trimmer. I think its a good investment. I'm going to try the thigh ones next.

I ordered the large and though I weigh 230 I can fit it 1 1/2 times around my waist. I wear this while doing an hour of intense cardio. I saw a few disappointed in how little it did with them "wearing it around the house"... I assure you, if you exercise this will produce results.

I received this Sports Research - Waist Trimmer for my honest review. First off, it is well made and fits my frame, for reference, I got a small, and I am 110 lbs, 5'1. It attaches around your midsection with velcro, and has some stretch to it. It stays put and can be worn over or under clothes comfortably. I would definitely recommend as an addition to your workout, not only for the sweat factor, but for support as well.

fits great. and makes you sweat a lot. I've had mine for a few months now and no problems with it yet. Alot of the weight you lose is water weight but it is helping me to lose my love handles. I wear mine while doing my bike rides, and 30 min workout at home.

I have had this product for 7 days. I noticed a significant benefit after using it for 3 days in conjunction with sweetsweat. After five days my I began to fit into some old clothes. This was all done with 30-60 minutes of cardio and low carb diet. This product gave me the boost I was looking for, and needed!

Yeah...this makes you sweat. But the quality of the material seems way less.... quality.... than I was expecting.It's thin without much substance to it, but it does make you sweat, so. There's that. Also, if you have a long torso, this probably won't fit you well.

Im an XL in clothes and 4'11" in height so I bought the XL and it is only for a person with a long torso. It is 12ins in height and it wraps around my waist and stomach 1 and 1/2 times. The previous XL I ordered was perfect. Material is strong and get us sweating. Think I was sent a XXL in a L packaging. No size label on actual material to know for sure.
