Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Mopping Kit Lavender (10 Pads 2 Solutions)

I have a bad back so mopping is a chore for me. My husband kept telling me to look into this mop, so I finally did. It was inexpensive so I thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I have been pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use and how well it cleans! I'm very happy with it, and would purchase it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer makes some products I love and this powermop will now be added to my regular clearing products. It's lightweight and easy to store and pull out for a quick clean. While I don't think it will replace a regular mop for me, I do think it's great for some quick cleaning during the week.

The “motor” is for the squirt button. With the hoopla and the price I thought it pertained to the mopping power. The power button enables you to use more cleaning product ($$) with less effort. Everything about this product costs more for the same outcome. To each his own but I’m not a fan.

i never got a mop only solutions and mop heads. plus it was late which is getting to be normal. And it is supposed to be a 1 star. very disappointed again.

Sent me the wrong one I have still have yet to hear from them on what they are gonna do to fix the problem.

This could be a good product if the manufacturing wasn't skimped on,,,by this I mean the plastic handle. The product has a nice stainless steel frame but then at the top, the grab handle is plastic, which in my case, snapped the first time I used the mop. I wasn't man handling it, but put a small amount ofjust puching the "push" on it for a stubborn stain then "snap!"...the handle was in two. I super glued and duct taped it but no use, just pushing it would snapit again. Swiffer needs to improve its design.

I find the power mop less effective than the original wet jet. I don't care for the new pads I think the original pads cleaned much better and I don't like the power mop cleaning solution. It leaves an oily looking residue on my floors. I will be throwing the power mop away and sticking with the wet jet. Also, swiffer needs to do better with the latching button that connects the poles together. The last 2 wet jet mops and the power mop their latch slips out of the hole easily and moves around or come apart while moping.

Just opened my Swiffer PowerMop only to find that the mop pads will not stick to the bottom of the mop! I tried both pads that were in the package inside the box and neither one will adhere to the mop. There is NO sticky once you pull off the tabs! They won't stick to anything! Not sure how I'm supposed to use this mop with no pad :-(

I only used a few times and the button to connect the handle to rest won't click in and so it comes loose when I use it now. I don't know how it happened. I tried to put it back in but it just comes right out along with the black cord inside. I got it for quick clean ups and it seems to be a waste of $.

This product might have gotten a better review if the liquid actually sprayed out of the nozzles like its supposed to. It just dribbles out of mine making the cleaning more work in the long run. Will be buying an o cedar mop after this. Good thing it was on sale though!
