The swing is cute and straightforward to use, but the ropes aren't secured. The way they're strung makes the swing tilt left and right or not swing straight. When I requested a return, the seller said I needed to arrange the return at my cost, so I can't use the swing because it a pain with the ropes and have to lose money because of it. It's 2026, seller. Do better.

I am so disappointed with this swing. It does not compare in quality to others in the same price range, e.g. Little Tikes. Also, on my very standard swing set, it comes out way too low to actually use (unless I sit on the floor, perhaps!) I would return this but unfortunately, shipping back will cost me almost what I paid for it!

I don't like the configuration of the swing. My grandson didn't sit comfortably in it at all. If it doesn't say “ LittleTikes” don't buy it! I would not recommend the swing seat, it's not well designed.

We weren't pleased with opening and closing the yellow bar. Too difficult. Plus the seat didn't tilt back for the child to sit back. Every time we would gently push the swing, his head to hit the back of the swing. The whole thing just wasn't right. Went with another brand Little Tykes
