Great curl bar! Easy curl, reverse curl, French tricep press, center hand grip can be used as a farmer carry. The ends have groves to keep the weights from slipping off the end of the bar vs the chrome ends. Inner and outer barrings allows a smooth spin. Great price, look and quality. Best part is I shop for the best quality and deal and this one is better than what you could buy at Amazon for twice the price. With tax I paid $52.
Love this barbell also have the other synergee curl bar. Knurling is great and great price and fast shipping.

Good knurling. Comes oiled. Brass bushings. Only time will tell how it holds up.
If FedEx would have left the package by the front door instead of leaving it in the driveway, I would have given this transaction a 5-star rating.
Bar is a tad crooked, Knurling isn't like Rogue, I should have got Phosphate instead of Chrome (maybe that's my mistake when i ordered), Oh well, i'll learn to live with sore hands
