Since I sort of ruined my husbands old grill, I promised him a new grill and promised not to grill again. (Long story, there were flames and I was able to destroy supper and his grill in one fell swoop! Fire is serious, so keep grease bucket clean at all times!) The grill was put together AND ALL THE PIECES WERE THERE! Sturdy, substantial components! Husband will be grilling and I will enjoy eating the delicious food! Pic taken upon completion in our dining room but please place grill outside for use and please follow safety instructions! In other words, keep grease box emptied and clean! I have a grill gardian angel and I count my blessings! Safety first!

Great grill for the price! Assembly was straightforward and the quality feels solid. Heat distributes evenly across all three burners and it reaches cooking temperature fast. The wheels make it easy to move around, and it's perfect for both home use and events. Definitely worth the money.

this item listing looks sketchy BUT we decided to give it a chance, the customer care with syngar was OUTSTANDING and gave us tons of options for returning or keeping the item. very understanding company. We decided to keep it and assembly was easy and didnt take long. the grill feels like nice heavy quality and we fired up burgers the first night it worked perfectly! all in all im glad we didnt opt to return it. its got a LOT of great features.

This grill was easy to put together and seems to be well-built from steel. The burners do not seem to be very high intensity as my foods take longer to cook than my old grill. It is convenient to have 3 cooking spaces.

I was looking for a small, quality gas grill that had at least three burners, side trays for plates, and utensils, and a door to hide that ugly gas tank as well. I also did not want to pay a ton of money! I have had anything from Weber's on down the line to the cheapest grills they make. This one really fits the bill quite well! Everything I want at a decent price, actually a very good price because it was hugely on sale. 😊 The one thing I do not like is the slide tray that catches the grease. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice feature, however, when you slide the try out to clean it there is a lip on all four sides of the tray. You cannot just use a spatula to extinguish the grease. They've turned an easy job into quite a project! Here's a little tip if you purchase this grill, just put a piece of foil in the grease tray before you begin. Now all you have to do is remove the foil from the tray, and Wala it's clean again!👍

I liked it when I first got it and the assembly was almost complete and then we discovered that there were two Right grill pan slides and no Left one. It took a lot of time to get this matter straightened out and a Left one sent which took fifteen days. Hopefully everything else will be okay

I had a charbroil before this one and I already regret it. It flames up like CRAZY, the Fahrenheit reading is where Celsius should belong since it's sold in USA. Assembly was easy and it's over-all sturdy which is one good thing going for it. I really dislike how much fire comes up, you really have to watch it the whole time.

The grill I ordered and I received is not the same, by the time I had it put together the return period had expired. There was nothing I could do the grill I received was the cheaper version they had the grill grates you cook on are not good and have started to crack already.

This took two hours to put together in the side burner does not work. I purchased a warranty, but it is telling me I need to contact the manufacturer and I'm still looking for that information.

the first time i used it ,it caught on fire and scared everyone half to death worrying if it was going to blow up ,its very dangerous the paint caught on fire.
