I have recommended this item to others; and been thanked for the recommendation-- Gas heating tends to cause dry eye; itching and burning-- Systane is lubricating, and soothing. Make sure to get drops that are Preservative Free! These are very comforting.

I use these daily for my red, dry eyes, and they take away my “monster eyes” within a minute. They're very easy to apply—although sometimes my aim isn't perfect! 😂 I totally recommend this product. It might be a little more expensive than some other options, but it's definitely worth it for how well and how quickly it works.

I've tried many OTC meds for my allergies. This has worked better than anything else. These eyedrops are so soothing for dry eye discomfort! And, because they are preservative-free they can be used often every day and will not negatively affect you

Like Systane drops. My only issue with this the applicator tip. There really isn't one. You really have to hold it right over the center of your eye, otherwise it's running down your nose or the side of your cheek.

I have extremely dry eyes and got relief right away. I also got the night time gel and like it. But the delivery system is hard to do and you end up wasting product. Since this product is more expensive than regular eye drops in this brand you really don't want to waste it.

Scratched my cornea, but didn't know it. I thought it was just allergies acting up. I bought these drops as they're preservative free and good daytime use drops. They work well, BUT, if you have an eye injury it will sting until it heals up - look about, there's a night time preservative free single-use vial that did not sting. Also, if it hurts - go see a doc. Lesson learned. I do like these drops though.

I love the solution. It works well for dry eye relief. I do not like the container/drop dispenser, which is hard to control and administers 2 drops instead of one at a time. If I have my makeup on and need the drops, I smear my makeup and waste the solution. I will go back to using the same drops, but packaged in individual vials.

WOULD GIVE FORMULA FIVE STARS IF IT WAS NOT FOR THE IDIOTIC DESIGN OF THE DISPENSER. ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SQUEEZE WITH TWO FINGERS AND SOME NASTY LANGUAGE. IF THE PRODUCT WAS INTENDED FOR ELDER PEOPLE WITH VISION PROBLEMS CHANGE THE DESIGN OF THE DISPENSER.

i have DED and Systane was my go to for eye care. it was the only brand that would provide immediate relief of symptons plus long-term care. Even though the price is high - i was always willing to pay more because it worked. This time it was torture to put the drops in making it impossible for me to function. Burning, stinging and sharp pain is all that I got from this bottle.

I have two complaints about this product. The main complaint is that I did not feel any relief. So either my eyeballs are extraordinarily dry or it's just not an effective product. The second complaint has to do with the packaging. There's instructions about squeezing a drop of product out of the applicator tip and then with a flicking motion, shaking it off the bottle. I've used this product from this specific bottle somewhere between 6 to 8 times so there should be plenty of product left in the bottle, however, this morning when I did the squeeze and flick method the bottle compressed and is staying compressed. This makes it essentially more difficult to get product out of it and to continue use from this bottle.the photo shows what the bottle looks like approximately 30 minutes after squeezing
