This T- fal turner is a wonderful addition to any kitchen. It is very sturdy and easy to use. We were in desperate need of a new turner as our old one had broke. I have tried several other brands but this is by far the best replacement I have found. I love that I can put this in the dishwasher. Super handy as we have a busy family. Great buy for the money.
This T-Fal Basics Turner is good quality, living up to the brand name. And it's just the right size for flipping anything from pancakes to burgers. The head is about 3.5” wide by about 4.5” long. It's got a hard plastic handle that's comfortable to hold. Best of all, it's dishwasher safe, and safe to use on non-stick pans. I like it a lot, and I think if you get yourself one of these, it's going to quickly become your most used flipper/turner.
I've had a few of these trying to find something for ceramic and non-stick pans. Most that are made for non-stick just aren't 'stiff' enough. This one is perfect. Doesn't gouge or scratch but I can still turn and stir with it. And it works as well on my cast iron pans. It is a nice addition to the kitchen.
I received this spatula as part of the Spark Reviewer program. I am so glad I got this spatula because it is now my new favorite spatula. Here's why I love it so much. - This spatula is plastic and light weight. - It fits very comfortably in my hand. - The edge of the spatula is really thin so I can easily get under the thinnest of crepes or eggs without ripping them. - It cleans easily and can be tossed into the dishwasher. - It's black so it doesn't show if it stains. - It's got a large slotted head so whatever I'm flipping doesn't stick to it. So far I have used this spatula to turn over crepes and omelettes, cut and serve lasagna and brownies and moving chocolate chip cookies to the cooling rack. I've used this spatula just about every day for the past few weeks. I couldn't be happier with this spatula.
T-Fal calls this a turner instead of a spatula, and I guess that's because it is a little wider than most. This makes it ideal for turning pancakes and things like that. Cooked some hamburger patties on the stove yesterday, and it worked very nicely for turning those. I've been using it also to get hot food like french fries off of the baking sheet. It has a comfortable to use, ergonomic design, and seems to be made of premium materials. So far it has shown no damage from hot skillets, etc. It has proven to be very useful during the short time I have had it, I like it better than the all-purpose spatula I had been using. Put this neat little kitchen gadget on your next Walmart shopping list, you will like it!
Received this T-Fal turner on May 7th and washed it before using. I used it for frying some mexican corn to see how well it managed and it did a good job. Corn did not fall through the slats and was easy to use in my non stick pan. I like the sturdiness of the turner. The handle has a good weight to it that it is not too heavy nor too light. Very easy to use. I have used it to fix fried eggs and scarmbled eggs with no problem. It was very easy to clean the spatula/turner also. I would recommend this turner to my family and friends.
The T-fal turner is very sturdy and easy to use. The handle was very easy to grip hold on to. I love how no food stuck to the turner. It also was very easy to clean. I am very satisfied with this turner. I love all T-fal products and would recommend them.
I have many T-fal kitchen utensils that I use every day. I have used them for years and cannot recall a time I have been dissatisfied with their products. It is quite funny that I am writing a review on the T-fal Basics Turner. What is so funny is that of my three spatulas, I had given one away to my granddaughter and then within days had a very old one (not a T-fal) break the day before Spark Review offered me this opportunity to get a T-fal spatula. Anyway, all stories aside, they really do make high quality products. They are reliable and reasonably priced. They make most any kitchen utensil I can think of that I might need. This one is black with a stylish silver ring about half-way down the handle. There is a spacious hole at the end so it can be hung on a hook. It is strong and quite stiff but does have a little give when pressed down firmly. The spatula is safe for nonstick pans and is dishwasher safe. Bradshaw Home warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for life from the date of purchase. They certainly stand behind their T-fal products. I recommend the turner.
I JUST GOT my T-fal Basic Turner, it's the Right size for cooking and very sturdy. I Did notice while I was cooking that it didn't Melt nor it didn't scrap or scratch my non Stick pans. Definitely well worth the price
i am a very big user of spatulas. I have my favorites for different things, so finding new ones i love are always fun. This came and i was kinda put off by how long it seems. It does look well made and is not flimsy at all. It did hold up well during my cooking. I made hamburgers and it turned them well, and then the next morning made pancakes and again it worked as well as my others. The only thing i dont like about it is the "hump" going from turner up to handle, it is quite big and even though doesnt affect cooking it does not fit in my utensil drawer very well. Overall it will be good to have another good spatula but i would buy it due to it not fitting in my drawer well.
