I've been in computers for over 30 years. Although I've got a desktop computer, I prefer a tablet for most things. This tablet was simple for "me" to setup, but a guide to know how to pair the keyboard and mouse would be beneficial for those who didn't live inside computers. I was able to fully setup this device with the apps I use and all my emails. A bio login ability is the only thing that would make this better. I haven't tested the micro SD chip yet as I don't have one yet. but I did test the ability to connect a USB and transfer files. It worked. $90 is a steal for this device!!

it was very easy to set-up, the packaging was nice and made to keep the product safe. It was well worth rhe money.

I absolutely love my tablet I love how easy it is to use it and play games and I gives me a chance to relax when I don’t want to be on my phone .

The tablet came quickly and on time. It's packaged very professionally and looks great. The specs are exactly per description too. 2 things though. 1. The case that's in the picture didn't arrive with it, instead a white back-side only case. I escalated to the vendor, but no response to date 2. I find the battery life is not good.

The most "RAM" of the 3 tablets I bought, but barely tolerable performance. Returning it. The item description states that there are 16 GB of physical RAM, and then 8 extended. I can not confirm this. SHOUDUM (what's in a name?) claims this is Android 16, but all of the settings are locked down. Couldn't even unlock in Developer mode. Further, the Security patch is from early 2025. System Update states "The current version is the latest, not found the new version." Very much a vendor message. The appearance looks like Android 14. It only shows "RAM: 24GB." The extended RAM option is nowhere to be found. Based on the performance of the tablet, all 24GB may be extended. Program loading is slightly stalled. Graphics to load, but animation stutters and locks frequently. This should not happen on a tablet with 8 GB, let alone the advertised 16 GB of physicam RAM. Indeed, it doesn't happen on any of my existing tablets. The Files and Sound Recorder are proprietary Apps that cannot be adjusted or removed, and were also found in the SUAAT brand tablet I returned. They replaced the Google versions of the Apps that come with Android. I suspect they are spyware, based on the habits of both tablets that contained them. This tablet had difficuly connecting to basic WiFi, in fact it wouldn't connect until I restarted it a second time. That was just to begin the setup. Battery life is bad. About 1.5 hours of life from a full charge while in use on a single App. Pulls up TikTok ads constantly, despite having uninstalled both TikTok Lite and WhatsApp. I also disabled ads in Google. Does not stop them. The tablet does list 2 SIM slots. I did not use them, so I can't report on if the carrier recognizes the device as legit. (The last 1 I had did not.) Thin silicone sheathe for a protector. I will be cleaning this up, factory resetting, and returning.

after unboxing, i checked System Info, and it reads Android 16. I used a 3rd party system monitor (that i use on all my devices to monitor load %26 heat), and it reports Android 10. after looking into the chipset, the actual reported hardware of the device is sub-par, and will only physically hold 4Gb ram. Processor cores read as 4-1Ghz %26 4-1.5Ghz. This device is some sort of overclocked/hacked OS that is not secure, and not what was advertised.

Hard to set up, clock was set on Chinese time and wouldn't change Battery died in 4-hours. Most transfered APPs didn't work, and some transfered APPs were deleted or messed up on device they came from. On 2nd day trying to set it up, some APPs (installed and transfered)showed a blank screen when opened, it ran slow after start-up, and an error message said low memory. On checking memory was full. This was not what I thought I was purchasing nor needed. Item returned.

It was brought for my 6 yr great grandson i t beginning to run hot doing charging really hot charge was holding for a period of time.

I only have had the tablet 2 weeks %26 already has constant glitches happening. I to restart it each time just to fix it; which is more than a couple. This is a Amazon fulfillment order I discovered afterwards.
