TABU Bottom Load Water Dispenser,Hot/Cold/Room Temperature,for 3 or 5 Gallon,Stainless Steel,Black

Really bad product only hot water comes out no cold water and I reached out to the seller and all they want me to do is fix it myself but even by doing that it still doesn't even work and only wanna refund me $10. DO NOT buy this. DO NOT recommend it at all.

I'm not at all happy with this product. The water trickles out of the machine. It's not cold when using the cold water button. It makes a lot of noise. Went to return to WalMart and was informed that I have to go thru TABU to return item and TABU had me take the machine apart to try and fix it and has not accepted that it doesn't work right. I ordered this item on WalMart website (application) yet found out I was sent to a “marketplace” through WalMart so Walmart store can't take the item back. Very frustrating!

This machines cold water has not worked from the start.! It is the whole reason we got one. We told the company tabu and they sent a email saying to drain the line because of air. Didn't work they asked me to do this multiple times (3) each time nothing. That was a waste of water. They will not take a return or exchange. Instead they wanted to send me $10 and keep a machine that has no cold water. When I buy something brand new I expect everything to work!

This water dispenser is too small for my needs, and the water flow is disappointingly slow. It takes too long to fill a cup, which can be frustrating. Additionally, it lacks a light, making it inconvenient to use in low-light settings. Overall, not the best choice if you're looking for efficiency and convenience.

The worst!! Terrible customer service been trying to get ahold of them for a return since 12/11/2024. They said they would contact me within 48 hours and I have not I heard a word from the provider. The water does not maintain its temperature.

Had dispenser delivered. Instructions are poorly written and seem to cover a variety of models. Got the 5 gallon jug filled with water and hooked up. Went to turn it on and........nothing! It does not work. I've tried everything.

This was a very bad buy the water dispenser never worked I emailed several times and noting very bad all around the water dispenser does not let out no water makes a lot of loud noise and no water comes out never buy from this seller

the cold water didn't work, nor did they answer my message about returning it. would never buy from them again. they are scamers just making a quick buck and not caring about the customers.

Not reliable with their customers,lack of customer service and do not enforce policies of defend buyers against providers. Hate to do business with Walmart.

This machine is not worth your money. Your water does not come out cold. I need to find out how I could get a refund.. when you go to get water it runs so slow to get a cup of water. It takes a little while for it to fill up.
