Delivery was ahead of original delivery date. Product was in perfect condition and works perfectly. Very pleased with this overall purchase. Next purchase not so pleasant, I'm still waiting for delivery, one week late, so far. Deborah's husband.

It arrived quickly works great.The only thing is to have a fuse, an extra fuse, and I have no idea where it goes

The cold water part barely distance any water only the hot water part works. I contacted the seller try to return the item. No one got in touch with me. I called Walmart. They said it was a third-party till now. It's been over four months and I still have the item and it does not work good. Don't buy this item. It will be a waste of money!

The cold water never worked from the time we got it. Contacted them and they said to try this specifuc thing. We did and it worked for maybe 3 times then back to not working again. Alot of money to spend on something you will never use. The cold water was the major reason we ordered it. Not very happy. And it was a gift i ordered for someone. Only for it not to work.

I do not like the way this dispenser works, and I have tried to reach out with two different messages to try to get a return and I have not heard anything back. This is quite frustrating because I want to order a different one as soon as possible for a personal use.

Bought this item and when I got it the cold dispenser did not work. Emailed the company and was given some idea to fix the problem. Tried there ideas and they didn't fix the problem. Emailed the company to get either a replacement or a refund and haven't heard from them since

Third party site. When item arrived dented , we asked to get a new one shipped. They told us we need to pay $100 to ship their damaged item back in order to get a new one. Took the temperature of “The cold water” which is dispensed. It is 67 degrees, that's a problem. No good

Doesn't heat water like it should, very disappointed..Tried to return to the store and was told they wouldn't accept it, that I had to contact the company, sent my second request for return today still no contacf from anyone..Will no longer order anything from Walmart unless I can get it at the store directly!

This thing is terrible. The hot water has not gotten hot since I took it out the box. The return process is so long it wasn't even worth it to get my money back. The cold water is a decent temperature but it's a slow pour, you'll be standing there for a while. I definitely shouldn't have gone the cheaper route, I should have just bought the full dispenser or a used one on FB marketplace.

Never worked only allowed 2 days for return(I was out of town) … messaged seller and never got a response do not buy from 3rd party . Walmart market place Walmart could not accept a return in store.
