Both of my cats seem a little nervous about it when it tumbles to dump my cats litter in the bag. Both of my cats just don't know what to think of it and they just hide behiond the wall and watch it until it stops, then they sneek up on it and my white cat would look at my blck. cat and say, didn't you just drop a load in here. my blk. cat would say yeah. both cats would search all over %26 not find it. I just can't stop laughing watching those cats.

Makes a home with 3 inside cats much easier. Very quiet self cleaning system with large bag for the dirty litter to dump into when the system QUIETLY cleans. (I have another type of self cleaning litter box that is SO loud; this one is totally opposite!) I would definitely purchase this box again and probably will to replace the loud one!

love this machine. came fully assembled just pull off a few stickers pour in kitty litter plug it in and let it do its thing.

Works good but manual was not very helpful and robotic options are not explained in manual or in app. Needs better instructions and app options explained.

Its to small in there. My cat doesn't have much room to move around. Also, the app is very confusing. I'm not sure how the scale is accurate. I never get notifications that its low or full. I'm paying extra for those features but it doesn't work. I wish I got something less expensive.

this litter box has been giving us issues since day 1 with not always making a full turn.. now it literally won't turn the entire way and I have to go manually finish turning it and set it back up.. It won't let me take it off of Auto, so during the day the thing gets stuck and the cats pee and poo all over the place.. I have now put it away and am back to using a standard litter box, which is honestly less hassle than this machine.. I don't want a replacement, I want my money back because this was the biggest waist of my money ever!

This is probably the worst made thing I have EVER bought. Started to not work after 6 weeks. Would not “auto” clean. I have now had for 3 months and not only does it NOT auto clean, the panel on the device doesn't work, you have to go into the app to clean. On top of allllll that when you try to empty the contents to put new litter in it doesn't work. This is garbage and a waste of money. Don't even bother trying to contact the seller they are useless, they ghost you. I don't understand why Walmart even allows people to be on their site when they are shady.

Takoyi is a horrible company with 0 support. I have been trying to get a solution to an issue I'm having and they aren't answering my questions and have now stopped responding. The litter box doesn't work properly and stops mid clean almost every time. I wanted to troubleshoot and fix it but they have horrible customer service.

Already broke less than 2 weeks of having it. So loud and continuously gets stuck. Cats went to bathroom outside of it because I wasn't home to fix it. You will also go through litter twice as fast as it does a terrible job holding the litter while dumping the waste. Litter goes everywhere when you open the trash compartment. Does not seal well no matter how you put the bag.

Ias unfortunately unable to use or test the product as my pet passed away before I could even use the product. It looks fantastic, however.
