Tammy Gangloff: The Ultimate Dehydrator Cookbook, Book 1 (Paperback)

This cookbook goes into wonderful detail on how to get good results. I love all the tips on how to add dehydrated products into every day as well as long term storage. There is a really good variety of how to dehydrate so many diffrent foods. So excited to try out some of the recipes for camping.

Excellent informational book for those interested in doing home food dehydrating. Also, most helpful are the recipes that tell you how you may use the food that you have dehydrated.

This is an excellent book on drying food, it covers pretty much everything you would want to dry. It also covers all the safety issues with tips for more successful product. It helps take the guess work out of the process. Then there are the recipes for using your dried foods. Great!!

I understand that I needed to pay shipping fee, but I was willing to pick it up from the store when delivered.

Besides the basic instructions on how to dehydrate this book is full of tips and hints to make sure your dried food is the way you want it.

Tons of recipes for using your dehydrated foods, but I was hoping it would be more informative on actually dehydrating various foods. A little too out of date for my taste in a cookbook. I will keep looking for a Dehydrator cookbook that has photos and is more current.
