My old fan had cease to work on one of the hottest days of the summer. i searched fans online and read reviews before purvhasing this model. This fan exceeded any expectations i could hsve conceived!! I totally love my fan. The remote is an accessory I orginally felt was a feature that was not needed and i couldnt see myself actually using. After the first day receiving the fan, i find myself using the remote quite frequently and i would be in panic mode if i happened to misplace it. Lol i give this fan a ten out of ten!! I highly reccomend this fan to anyone that's looking to cool their living space.

This is the best fan I've owned, and I've bought several. All other fans I've purchased are too loud but don't give much air. This fan isn't loud, the air is smooth almost feels like an outside cool breeze. When it's on the highest speed it's not nearly as loud as other fans I've owned. I keep the one I have in front of my treadmill on a table so it blows directly in my face while walking. I'm going to buy another one for another room.

Wonderful cooling fan. I was hesitant to purchase this, as with any "big ticket item" or at least for my budget. But I really needed a new pedestal fan. Mine was just over the hill. So I took the chance on this. Took about about a week to deliver, and had a bit of trouble putting the front grill together (a bit confusing) but once assembled, I am a happy camper! 12 speeds, which many fans these days only have 3 or 4 for some reason. The remote is also not exactly easy to just look at and figure out what each button means ( that needs improvement) but overall I am happy with my purchase.

Ordered one and loved it so much ordered 2 more. It is very quiet so can use in room with tv and have to turn the sound higher. Easy to put together, but remember to look in bottom of box for the remote. Almost threw away, but remembered the fan was suppose to have a remote. There is a timer, but have not used it because when leaving room I walk by it so can turn off. The adjustable height is a feature you can use in different rooms if needed. Two blades instead of one does move air broadly across a room. Keeping air moving keeps everyone comfortable. Hope to use A/C less this summer or at higher temp.

Makes no noise on low setting which is great for a slow beeeze and at higher settings I get the noise and the air I need for sleeping at night. 12 different speed settings. I don’t use he other functions. Over all feels and looks like good quality and have been using now for many months and it has been great

EASY ASSEMBLY!! SEMI QUIET FAN RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WANTING A FLOOR FAN... I accidentally ordered 2 so at this price point( expensive) i over spent!! i have one in front of window air unit to blow down hall, one in front of bedroom door!! my room gets REALLY HOT in summer and no air conditioner so, it helps the room get to 75 along with ither fans!! I wish these were the grill movement style!!

This fan is one of the best fans that we’ve ever owned!!! it is powerful, has a nice fan sound at night without being loud, and oscillates pretty far. The ONLY downfall i have is that when we put the setting past 11, there is a clicking noise every so often so we just keep it below that, but even then, sometimes 11 is a lot so we don’t even need it there.

So the problem with this fan is that there are 12 speeds. Yes 12 speeds, but the highest level is no better than a $47 Lasko fan. You will not get a very high speed that will blow your hair back for $77. You try each speed, %26 speed 5 doesn't feel any different than speed 6. Speed 10 doesn't feel any different than speed 11. For the price there isn't any bragging rights to it. Yes its quite, but I'm guessing that's why it costs so much. This is with double fan blades to it

I actually haven't tried it yet bc I have been very disappointed with their support service. I emailed them with the concern that I couldn't get the front and rear grills apart. They never got back to me. I also tried to get on the website but that didn't go through. Very unprofessional!

I purchased two of these fans. One came with everything. The second was missing a couple of very important parts. I called the company and was given an absolute runaround. They even had me go as far as to take pictures send those they asked me for a lot of my personal information, although knowing they weren’t going to do anything to assist me. They told me to call Walmart because that’s who sold the product. The issues with this product happens during production. I was belittled and dismissed. Never again will I purchase from this company. Their customer service is below par.
