TaoTronics Space Heater, 22" 1500W Portable Electric Heater, Fast Quiet Tower Oscillating Heater for Office, Home and Bedroom

Bought it for my son's room because he likes to stay warmer than the rest of the house. After using it for a week, during a cold spell, he said that he really likes it and thanked me for buying it for him. I have bought other space heaters, but they don't seem safe. I have confidence that this one is safe and it will keep my son's room warmer all Winter.

I’ve had this for a week. Instructions are a bit obtuse so I’m learning how to use it. Sound is OK, quieter than most. No weird clicking sounds and the beep when changing settings can be silenced. Half an hour on high warms the cord and plug more than I like, but setting it to a reasonable temperature is fine. I’m using it in a medium sized bathroom (which has a very high ceiling and a skylight) and it is keeping it comfortable. I would buy it again.

I am very happy with my purchase of the TaoTronic 1500W space heater. Easy to operate and having the remote to control it from my bed is awesome. My bedroom is big with very high ceilings. It heats my bedroom fast. It is stylish and would look good in any room.

I love this heater because it has a remote, and on the remote you have control to have the heater turn left and right, or stand in one position having the heat blow directly on you, you can adjust the main temperature high or low heat and you can set the time for it to turn off in the hour(s) of your choice.

I bought this based on all of the amazing reviews. The master bedroom in my house is an addition, and the previous owners chose not to extend the main heating system, but rather install an electric baseboard heater. It’s inefficient and costs a fortune to run. I decided to try an energy efficient space heater to save some money. I set this up at 64 degrees. It ran for a bit, nice and toasty, shut off, and then I watched the display keep jumping up, til it was at 78 degrees. Bizarre. I feel asleep, and I woke up in a 58 degree bedroom. It never came on. I turned the unit off and back on, and the temperature reading was 58, so it came on. Once it went off, it never came back on again, all night. Useless. I thought it was a dud and ordered another one. Same thing. What use is a space heater that doesn’t come on at the set temperature?

Blows very hoy heat but the element is much smaller than advertised. If you try to use the temp selector settings you will be disappointed. The majority of the time is just blows room temp air. Fan is also pretty loud for the size. There are better options.

I bought 2 of these.. Only went out 2 hours after the FedEx truck dropped them off. Stone cold dead doesn't come on at all. Praying the other one doesn't go out too. sending it back.

The TaoTronics heater replaced a Patton tower that I had for years. I was put off by its size at first (it's about 1/3 of the Patton's size), but it really puts out the heat.

I bought this heater a month ago, in November. After a month of it working fine all of a sudden the trigger at the bottom of the heater malfunctioned. It no longer turned on. The only way it would work was if you tapped it down.

Dirctions are incomplete. Thermostat impossible to regulate. When it reaches designated temp it doesn't turn off, it just blows cold air. Piece of crap.
