I love this set because it has pretty much everything you need! The soft rubber grip handles combined with the blade guards are awesome features as well! This set would make a perfect gift for housewarming, wedding, birthday ect... I HIGHLY Recommend This Set!!

Great set of knives, especially for the super low price! Scissor shears have handy bottle opener and will cut through almost anything! An as an added bonus they come apart for super easy cleaning! Large knife is sharp and excellent for cutting meats and veggies. One of the smaller knives has a slightly serrated edge which comes in handy! Knives come with sheaths for safe storage and keeping the blades sharp. Handles are comfortable and easy to clean and color is great! I am very impressed with the quality of this set for such a low price! I would purchase these again and would definitely recommend them !

The blade is high carbon stainless steel which means that it has high durability and keeps sharpness. As soon as I started using the chef knife, I realize just how easy slicing and dicing is with a sharp knife. Sometimes we adapt to using dull knives and don't notice that more force is applied each time. Really, a safety issue. I love that they are colorful and have blade guards. That's safe! The handle offer a comfortable grip. That's safe!

The 8 inch Chef's Knife is 14 inches from end to end. The 5 inch Utility Knife is 10 inches from end to end. The 3.5 inch Paring Knife is 8.5 inches from end to end. The Kitchen Shears are 8.25 inches from end to end. The knife handles are made of grey plastic with blue rubber for nice grip. Each knife come with a comparable sized sheath made out of a ridged plastic that matches the handle. The Utility Knife is half serrated and have smooth, the serrated section makes it easy to cut through breads. The other knives have a regular edge. The Kitchen Shears have a multi bottle opener section and a bottle cap opener. The insides of the handle are made of the same rubber as on the knives. They feel very comfortable. The shears can be taken apart for easy washing to ensure that they are completely clean between the blades. There is one blade with a regular edge and one with a serrated edge. They cut very nice. This set is great for home or to use when traveling (because of the included sheaths).

These knives are made by Tasty. There is three knives and a pair of shears. There is a eight inch Chef Knife, five inch filet knife, three inch pairing knive, one pair of shears. The knives had knife guards on to keep sharp and to avoid accidentally cutting self. These knives are made of stainless steel. The knives has a powder biue handle on all. The handles are slip resistant. These knives are very sharp.

So far I'm impressed with these knives. The sleeves are tight, so they won't fall off easily. I like that those are included because I'm always nervous about cutting myself while searching for the correct knife in the drawer. I was able to use the largest one to cut through a watermelon without too much difficulty. It doesn't cut like butter, but I don't have to wield it like a machete either. The handles have an ergonomic design so that they fit nicely in my hand, and the rubber material used not only feels nice, but it should allow me to keep a good grip on the knives as I use them. These feel like they'll lessen the wear on my hand during long meal prep sessions. Fyi, the scissors blades come apart easily if you hold them with two hands. One hand shouldn't be able to open wide enough to do that during use, though. They're also multifunctional like a swiss army knife. These are hand wash only, and the instructions indicate not to soak. I like to live on the edge and washed them in the dishwasher though, and no harm came to them immediately. I'm very pleased with these, and hope they hold up long term.

The soft grip handles on all of the knives and the shears combined with the blade protectors are excellent saftey features. These knives are sharp right out of the package. The small and large knives have straight blades; the medium knife has serrations on the front half of the blade. The shears have built in bottle openers, and the blades can be separated for thorough cleaning.

Tasty 4 piece knife set is just what I needed! It comes with a 8 inch chef, 5 inch utility , 3 inch paring,and kitchen shears. All the handles are rubberized for a good grip and the knives come with blade guards. They come with a limited life time warranty and are made of high carbon stainless steel. They also come very sharp! I already started using them cause my other knives were getting dull. Don't have a sharpener yet. I would recommend these to anyone and they would make great gifts too.

The Tasty knives/scissors set arrived 2 days ago and were put right to use by my husband. All the knives were sheathed which prevents accidental knicks and cuts until ready to use, which is a good idea because the Tasty knives are super-sharp. My husband cuts tough pieces of meat we buy for our dogs to knaw on, and the knives impressively cut right through the tough meat. The set includes scissors, which cleverly can be taken apart to use on fish, and even opening a bottle top. I'm very happy to have the Tasty knives/ scissors set and theyve already used several times a day.

Love these because having a good knife is essential in the kitchen. I purchased a knife set a long time ago and needed another set because no matter how hard I tried, they just would not stay sharp. These have a good range in size for every kitchen need. They are very sharp and dice and cut perfectly. With the sheave to put them in they stay nice. The scissors are handy for snipping scallions. I would definitely say these are now my go to set.
