Tastykake Chocolate Cupkakes Family Size 12 Pack- 3 Boxes

My husband absolutely loves the all chocolate Tastykake cupcakes. They are not easy to find here in south Florida. I ordered them on Walmart.com and they were shipped from New Jersey. I was a bit nervous that the shopper may not have checked the stale date on them, but they arrived fresh, with a stale date over a month out. My husband was delighted.

Tastykake Chocolate Cupcakes have been enjoyed in our family for 3 generations. While the recipe has changed over the years for shelf-stability, it still has a nice cocoa flavor that appeals. I prefer it over the other shelf stable chocolate cupcake brands.

My daddy got me hooked on these as a small kid. Back then they had 3 cakes n a cake package. Now at 61….i am ordering 3-6 boxes at a time because I can't find these anywhere but 1 store and they r usually sold out.

I was raised near Philadelphia where TastyKakes are made and I have been enjoying them for at least 85 years . I am so pleased that I am able to order them on line here in Houston,TX and keep the good cupcakes and the memories coming! Bob Reeder

Whatever the reason Tastykake doesn't sell these at local Vegas markets. Really appreciate Walmart making them available. Delicious!

have loved these cup cakes since I was a kid. Could only get them in Scranton PA until we discovered them on the Walmart site

I have loved eating processed sugar baked goods a long time ago. I still enjoy eating Tastykake chocolate cupkakes with chocolate icing and no whipped cream. I have frozen 2 of the 3 boxes I ordered. I froze them because I do not enjoy eating lots of cake in a very short amount of time. If you like chocolate cake that is not too rich you might like this product. Kudos to Tastykake and Amazon.

My husband grew up in Pennsylvania where Tastycakes are made and hadn't had the chocolate iced ones in years. Those were his favorites. I could never find that particular flavor in any grocery store where Tastycake is sold, so I searched online and found that they could be purchased thru Walmart and Amazon. What a disappointment! My husband said that the size of a two pack was smaller, the taste was not even close to what he remembered and the price I paid for two 6pk boxes was ridiculous. I only overpaid because I wanted to surprise my husband with a sweet memory from his childhood. What a letdown. Same with the butterscotch cakes.
