Taylor Digital Glass Bathroom Scale with Spa Blue Finish

Bought this when the tiny tabs that hold the batteries in my expensive Kalorik bamboo scale broke off rendering it useless. I was just going to go back to one that did not require batteries, but I saw this Taylor and thought since they have been in business for so long, maybe it would be a decent one. I was first drawn to it by the color and price. It looks like a seafoam green on my monitor, which I did not want. But I ordered it hoping for more of a turquoise blue and I was not disappointed. I LOVE the color! It definitely is more of a blue than green. I am not a fan of glass scales at all, but due to the reputation of Taylor, the crazy low price, and the beautiful color, I decided to take the chance. I've only had them about a week, but they seem to be pretty accurate and consistent, and we have no trouble seeing the numbers. Only time will tell how durable they are. They look great in our bathroom!

In a word, our new glassy scale is swell; It matches our bathroom decor quite well; We're used to stepping on to see our weight; With this scale, we must tap it first, then wait; With this, other things besides weight you get, But we haven't learned how to use them yet; Versus our doc's calibrated scale, though, This scale seems to be weighing somewhat low; We love the large readout with its bright glint; To read our weight, we do not have to squint; All in all with this scale we are well-pleased; More so, when its bells and whistles we've seized. With the instructions that came with the scale, We'll learn ev'rything and we will prevail!

Amazing scale, t first I thought it didnt work because I put it on the carpet but it was because it only reads correctly on flat, hard surfaces. It was within 0.1 lbs of my last doctors visit so it is VERY accurate. For the price this is an amazing scale and I would recommend it to all!

I had seen and used this scale at my daughter's and liked it much better than my (very) old one. When you step on it, it doesn't waver back and forth before it settles on a weight figure. It appears to be very accurate and is quite stylish looking. It does have a glass platform which might be problematic for some.

This scale was easy to set up, fairly inexpensive, easy to use and accurate. It's not very attractive but you step on it. You don't hang it on your living room wall.

This scale met expectations. It's affordable and digital. No tap and wait for the zeros, you just step right on and it powers on and weighs. The only complaint I have is sometimes it takes longer to settle on a number than one would expect.

Nice scale but definitely wish the screen was lit. Can be difficult to see without direct light. But overall not a bad value for a $10 price point on a digital scale.

First day, put the scale on a hard floor and got 5 different readings with a difference of 5%23s, doesn't seem to be very accurate. If this continues, I will have to return it for a more reliable one. Too bad, it looks good in our bathroom.

It seems as though electric scales are unstable. With this one, I have to try it 3 to 4 times, before "it makes up it's mind". I've gone ahead and ordered a regular scale.

Doesnt work. Got scale delivered and put provided batteries in it but wont work. Tried more batteries just in case but still doesn't work. Wont do anything.
