loving my new TV and it has a great warranty better than the top brands like Samsung and LG this is a great buy I had to replace this with my Samsung TV which problems with volume sticking and freezing up

43 google tcl tv was hoping it had Roku build into it 4K. Other than that it's had it all in a tv some want

Everything's great about it except for nowadays you don't have all the inputs you used to have so you got to buy another $40 worth of plugs to change your RCA to HDMI that's my only complaint otherwise it's a wonderful TV

I have the brightness turned all the way up to 100% and it is still too dark, especially around the edges. Any other TV you turn the brightness all the way up and it would be white and way too bright. But this one is still too dark. I have also turned off the black background so it's not that and I have it set to the most crisp and clear high definition setting. I certainly hope I did not purchase a refurbished TV! It is supposed to be brand new. This happened to me with a Vizio TV they sent me a refurbished one.... junk! I would like a replacement- or is this just how all the TVs of this model are? I don't want to waste time replacing it if it's just going to be the same.

pros: price, size and it rrived quick and on time. cons: legs are flemsy, picture is suppose to be better than old tv but my 8 yr old flatscree. has much better picture. Another con, you can add apps but can not remove apps that come already on tv. That is a major con for me.

Half the picture is whited out and the other half is greyed out when turned on. I must switch on and off several times for a full picture. Must wait for internet connection every time its turned on. Minimal remote functions,must speak a command. Called support and a minimum of a 20-30 minute wait. First and last experience with this brand.

BUY Roku format. The google format is terrible. The google t.v. is slow to react to a wifi signal and since it is a google format there are apps that you cannot download (xfinity). I like TCL T.V's and have purchased 6 of them. 5 of them were or the Roku format and are great. The google format makes an other wise good t.v. terrible.

smart tv? really? this thing is about as dumb as the rest of the country. you people call it technology, i call it garbage..
