For the price, I find the viewing and ease of use with the Roku a seamless experience

Very good clear picture. Great size for a bedroom on the wall. Very easy to set up as well

I am very happy with my purchase. The picture is great and it has all my favorite streaming sources installed. Setup was a little complicated, but well worth tge effort.

Nice TV once we got it working. Installation was easy but set-up presented some challenges. Never could get it to recognize our wifi - though that was not too important to us. Only on-going problem is that the audio self adjusts (gets louder or quieter without input from us) and needs to be reset several (many?) times per hour.

The television was easy to set up. Our original remote works only for channel changes. The new ROKU remote is needed for volume changes. The remote and volume buttons are very small and a little hard to access.

Everything went quite well. When we got there for our pick up we were not able to figure out the app to let Sam's club know we were there. I saw a young lady delivering other groceries. I told her our problem and she immediately took our order and we got our groceries. Why not use a phone call like Walmart does to make things much easier.

It has a poor picture. It's very kind of muted. I would say just not a good clear picture so for that reason I'm not giving a very good review.

The TCL TV performs well - and it has the ROKU interface, which is far more intuitive than klunky Android, Google, confusing Amazon, or bloated DirecTV smart TVs and streaming devices I have used. Remote control is also superior - buttons are where you would expect them to be, and can be found by touch (for example the volume and mute buttons are on the side of the remote.

The screen was cracked. It almost appears as if it had been opened and used. Returning.
