TCL 75” Class Q Class 4K QLED HDR Smart TV with Google TV, 75Q650G

It was a great buy, for an amazing price! Was delivered a day early! And the guy who delivered it called me to let me know he was there and brought it right to my door. I have zero complaints! It unboxed perfectly and is perfect for the space we have it in.

I like this. the resolution upscale adds realism to the inage. Better than thester resolution, can see facial pores and blemishes. I' m seeing images in movies that were obscure before . So many optional aettings allows audio and video customization.

Delivery was good, they were nice and wheeled it into my living room. Didn't realize it wasn't compatible with spectrum cable streaming but spectrum gave me a xumo box for free when I called to cancel due to this so that worked out. I think it needs a software update because Bally sports randomly closes itself while streaming. Otherwise it's great!

We love the TV but getting it was ridiculously slow. Walmart uses a delivery service that is terrible. When my item still wasn't delivered 3 days after the promised date I had to make several phone calls to figure out if it was actually coming or not. I was told it was still coming and to wait. Finally my item was delivered seven days after the promised delivery day. I will never order an item that has to be delivered from Walmart again.

Tv has worked great since I hung it on the wall 4 months ago, although i noticed it was a bit " laggy" and sometimes would not respond. Tonight it just decided to turn off and get stuck in " boot mode"...Ive unplugged and plugged it back in...same results...now Im feverishly looking for warranty information!

I have yet to receive my order although I received notification it was to arrive two days ago. I reached out to the shipper, they were no help. So I reached out to Walmart via chat and was told I needed to contact the shipper. So far no help from anyone to get my order delivered!!!!!

this is the second tv that was delivered damgaed, first, my mother in laws, now mine. i understand accidents happen, but come on. now the tv is no longer in stock, had originally got $400 off due to sale price, so im being told they will take $50 off a new purchase.

I ordered this tv on 7/10/24 the tv was supposed to be delivered on 7/18/24 today is 7/23/24 tv is still not here. This is aggravating because I had to take off work to accept the delivery but it never arrived. I contacted Walmart but got no real help. The clock is ticking on my return window and I don't have the tv yet . I don't know if tv will arrive with no damage. The delivery for this tv is very poor.

The delivery Service did not call me at 7:30am to inform me they were outside apartment and placing TV at back of building, did not text me, nor get signature as required. I have not opened box yet to see if there is damage to TV but there is hole in side of box.

BEWARE! TV was damaged during delivery. I should have listened to the other reviews! I hate that I'm giving a negative rating based on the delivery and not the actual product but it's very frustrating to receive a damaged item. Already started the return process.
