TCL S Class 2.0 Channel Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, DTS Virtual:X, and Bluetooth Music Streaming - S45H

We purchased this with a TCL 55" TV for a meeting room at our parish. Several older people were having trouble hearing the old TV and so we upgraded to a TCL TV with this soundbar. Integration with the TV was very easy and the sound level is plenty for the older people.

Just simply loved it. Crystal clear TV speech. Great Bass too!!

I love everything about it. easy assembly. informative booklet %26 great sound! So glad I purchased this soundbar. I'm a musician and have a sensitive ear to acoustics. For the price I paid, I'm very pleased. As soon as it was connected it was instantly paired %26 there was a voice prompt telling you it was connected

The setup was so simple on my TCL tv. I didn't have to do anything, the tv set it up for me in seconds. The sound is good, there are multiple sound settings to choose from. My favorite part is being able to use my tv remote for the volume and power so that I don't have to have two remotes out all the time. Great product with a reasonable price. I definitely recommend it.

this is a great sound bar if you can only afford to buy a low-cost soundbar that makes a difference. it makes a difference in a good way! I was able to have it attached to my wall, purchased the cord covers that matched my walls beautifully, beige, and it looks nice below my 55 in TV but I wish it were a little longer then it would look a little better proportioned. it has a considerable amount of Base and there is no scratchy sound it like other speakers that aren't quality speakers. I listened to my TV while it was turned off then turned it on and that's how I made my decision on keeping it. there was a significant difference that I didn't really notice when I didn't test it out like that and I was considering returning it since I'm on a budget, if it wasn't making much of a difference. it made enough of a difference that I decided to keep it. you won't get a quality home theater surround sound with this sound bar but you might be able to build on it with additional speakers in the future. if you can afford to, bend an extra $50 or so and get asset with the sound bar, subwoofer, and two small speakers. that's the only way you're going to get a true surround sound experience, but this will do in the meantime.

I really liked and wanted to keep this sound bar, the sound quality was great (at 20%, I thought it was at 100%), it looked sleek, price was just right, but with the Bluetooth not working (wouldn't broadcast when pairing), I had to send it back. If you plan on only keeping the sound bar hard-wired at all times (to the eARC/ARC), I would DEFINITELY recommend this sound bar. Price and quality can't be beat. The TCL app itself does work only if you link it to the TCL S4310 model since this model (S45H) does not appear on the app when setting it up or at least for me. If you need Bluetooth, I would recommend taking a gamble to trying to get it to work, if it works, great, if not, at least you been warned.

The Good: Set up: Relatively easy. Sound quality: 4 out of 5, but then again, two paper cups and a string are better than the downward-facing speakers on today's new TVs The Bad: Annoying: Push any mode button and it's announced from the bar e.g. bass adjustment, treble adjustment, night mode on/off, and there is no option to turn it off. That announcement comes out at whatever your volume is set to, so if you are rocking out and want to adjust the bass a little.. IT WILL BE LOUD! I'm actually surprised it doesn't announce "VOLUME UP" or "volume down" whenever you adjust the, well, volume. App.: Everything these days HAS to have an accompanying app.. This one includes "AI Sonic," to adjust the sound settings to your surroundings. AI? Really? Bottom line: Useless app. Updates: Just like apps, everything must be updated on today's devices and this is no exception. Whether or not you want them, you will get updates, for better or for worse.

Not sure on the sound quality, have a TCL TV with ROKU. Bought for a big game with friends as both were TCL products The unit would not pair. Will have to buy hdmi cable and have wires hanging on my wall. May return.

You can't see if speaker is on. I have been using TV speakers and didn't know it. Remote did not work.

bought April 19, may 29 now,. im experiencing slight volume fluctuations noticeably in the lower setting
