This was so awesome I'm sure my son will love it he's so excited!

Package was delayed (no fault of the seller) but I still received it super fast. Very pleased with my PS5 and how it was packaged.

We are a gaming family. We buy every system under the sun. I waited on this one because we already have three new gen Xboxes in our house. And Xbox vs PlayStation is like Ford vs Chevy, or iPhone vs Android. We were set in our ways, not willing to listen. Finally my son asked for a PS5 for his birthday. Once we saw the gameplay, my husband and I decided we needed to cross that line. I'm so bummed we waited! For starters, the controller is amazeballs! Feels sturdier, is more immersive, more responsive and seems to be much higher quality so far. The paid game plan, PlayStation Plus, has more games that we seem to play. The download speeds kick our Xbox's butt. Games take less than half the time on the same network. I don't understand why that's a thing, but I'll take it! Of course we are keeping our Xboxes. We are too invested in the library to cut it off cold turkey, but now when a game is available on both systems we will be downloading onto the PS5.

I dont regret the upgrade from ps4 even at the price i paid for it. Everything looks better and sounds amazing, dualsense controllers are great. My delivery process was horrid for pickup but the wuality of the ps5 makes up for that.

First and foremost the box was severely damaged. I haven't hooked up the console yet because the idea was to wrap the box it came in for Christmas. I hope the console isn't damaged like the box. It will be a huge disappointment to my son if it is. This unit was too expensive to be shipped like that. Let's just cross my fingers and hope that everything else is in great shape.

Don't buy this! My nephew got locked out of his account. We called song to get it unlocked and they wanted the serial%23 off his old PS4 to verify the account but we no longer had that console. I sent them the receipt of the PS5 purchase along with my ID and my nephews last transaction for his PS5. They said that wasn't good enough not to mention the rep was RUDE and told me it's just not going to work and call back in a week and maybe something will change. We been calling for TWO WEEKS ATP! I'm livid. This was $700 and now my nephew can't play it. Waste of money and I will never purchase anymore of these consoles!
