I've used turtle beach since I was younger, I'm now 26 and I actually returned other headphones I bought recently just to stick with you guys. turtle beach is amazing and always will be. these other people can keep their $400 headphones, I guarantee these will match right up to em. thank you

The headset was great when I first got it, but after a few days of playing online, my friends told me that my microphone was echoing. I'm not sure what could have caused it, since I've only had it for a couple of days and haven't used it much. Regardless, it still works well for everything else.

The shipping of the package ruined the whole experience. I'm disabled can't drive and have no way to get around. So I wanted my headset shipped to my house as agreed upon. For some reason fedex says there was a hold requested that I needed to pick up the package and they wanted to charge me for delivery I reported them to the bbb I'm not a happy customer

Highly recommend
Purchased for my preteen. Love that it hooks up to the gaming system and the phone, so when I am calling him, while he is gaming, the headset notifies him and he switches over to the phone call. The headset fit is nice and comfortable. Sound quality is above average. The mic is good quality and is easily moved when not being utilized. Headset controls are well placed and easily deciphered. Headset is durable and made of good quality materials. Highly recommend

Definitely buy
Love it. It's wireless and also Bluetooth so you won't have to purchase headphones for your phone and one for your Xbox One. It's like a two in one

Update it keep it charged
Decent keep it charged tho I couldn't update cause my shi wasn't charged and it stopped working all the expensive headsets I bought this 1 wasn't bad for its cheap price comfortable and sound clean If u tweak the settings i bought one for one of the females n it works good better than wired fs

The headphones itself are some of the best I've used. The right speaker went out already after 4 months but the headphones sound so well...I ordered the exact same ones lol I'm also hard or hearing to basically death, so the superhuman hearing mode helps.

I bought this headset brand new and immediately it started making a buzzing noise that couldn't be fixed. I wouldn't recommend this headset for anyone.

at first I but 5 stars but i recently bought the xbox series x , and I took out the usb connect that came with the headset.Mic .To use it with the consoles r computer n it broke like the metal piece came off but I slighted back on, and it works like that I just don't want to have to trade in cause, I use it every day you know, I don't want to have to wait for a replacement.I'm barely got it like last month.Hasn't even been a month since I had to hear phones and they broke already
